Q: Can I see your entire catalog?

A: We don't have an entire catalog. Once we sell out of one item we move on to the next. This allows us to help sell our items at an extremely low cost. We may post preview information of upcoming products on the home page.

Q: Why do you use PayPal™?
A: PayPal™ is a secure way for you to send your money. You can purchase an item from Dirty Cycles without signing up for a PayPal™ account. Through PayPal™ we can accept all major credit cards and online checks.

Q: What is your return policy:
A: Items purchase form Dirty Cycles may be returned FOR STORE CREDIT within 7 days of purchase if
1) The product has not been installed, worn or used in and way
2) The item was purchased from Dirty Cycles and you have a valid receipt

Items purchase form Dirty Cycles may be returned FOR FULL REFUND within 7 days of purchase if
1) The product has not been installed, worn or used in and way
2) The item did not arrive as described on Dirty Cycles
3) The item arrived damaged

NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable. For returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All products that we sell carry the manufacturer's warranty. For warranty returns you must contact the manufacturer directly.
